[sits back] If the slap had knocked the breath out of you, then I'd be worried. Maybe what you felt was the you-totally-gave-in-too-easily emotion, I have that impact on people.

I hardly believe I'm suspicious but I still do not agree to the terms of scanning me since I'm honest with the type of person I am.
[starts to think...] On second thought, I was only angry because everyone didn't think better of the first night. Obviously one would understand that scanning would be a waste of time on the first night since no one would try to indicate being the Host.

And this is the second night and it has not been made easier that the first one because persons were left lurking in the hallways, either infected or a Host but I disagree about the Host part because if one had to put themselves in his/her position one wouldn't dirty their hands that easily.
So I only suggest scanning the ones who didn't stay in their room Only because they didn't bother to go in the first place out of carelessness so I'm sure they won't mind.

[Rubs temples] Or maybe I'm over-thinking this way too much but the Exotic Dancer probably won't mind getting scanned since she's so flexible.

Whisky's too plain, but...[pulls a flask out my pocket and pours some into it] I'll sure find something to mix this with.

Well, [sitting up off the sofa], even if we did ask around, no one is going to tell the truth. I sure as hell wouldn't tell the truth of what I did last night. 

And yeah, [Stretching arms and neck] if anyone told me to sleep, I wouldn't do it. And it ain't cause I'm sick or over the top in cigar smoke. I know what is wrong with me, and I've had it for years. I don't need to explain my self. I don't have to tell you anything.

Pathologist. Good to see you too [Grins] If I knew you were this fun to play around with with my smoking, I would've started since we departed for this journey. Look, you can trust me that I ain't infected. Probably with lung cancer, but not the issue now.

You were the one who called for the scan, so trust me. I for one am extremely willing to hear the captain's side of the story, but until then, aren't you a little curious about the secretary? Trust my instinct on this one, the Secretary has nothing to worry bout if she is innocent. 

If I'm wrong and the secretary is innocent, Secretary, feel free to slap me even harder than before. I'll take it. And believe me on this, I only want to scan you so that I can trust you, cause everyone else on this ship seems a little... shady..

[Lights a cigarette from the old pack] I think my headache got worse cause of these new cigars. As good as they are, they could be affecting me as well.

To be honest, I'm not sure who to scan. The Secretary's been putting way too much thought into this for her to be making it up. And her line of reasoning doesn't seem to have any underlying intention of sending us off a tangent either.

But if it's for the sake of our peace of mind...I'll think it over for a bit. For now, I'll get back to my research, if you don't mind~. 
[pulls out a book from under the sofa cushions that seems to cover very intricate topics of Electrical Engineering]

Everyone, forgive me for my absence. It was unreasonable for me to not make an appearance, even once, but I have had problems and I could not even make any moves... We're in danger and I couldn't get up to help anyone. As Captain, I hope everyone will accept my apology.
